We had our storefront flood. Tom came out first thing in the morning after we called and gave us the best estimate among three we had. He helped us remove the water in a timely manner and dry out the entire store even giving us an extra day when our power went out with the fans he was renting to us. We called Tom at 9:00 on a Sunday night in October after realizing our basement ceiling was dripping water. We had a huge hole in our ceiling due to a hole in our water line. He was out first thing the next morning to clean up and dry out the basement and kitchen. He worked with our insurance adjuster, and we ended up using him to do all of our renovations for both our basement and upstairs kitchen. He went above and beyond!
