I called to schedule an appt with Dr Myers as a new patient last week. I called today to re-schedule and the receptionist said that she isn’t seeing new patients. Why wasn’t I told this when I called to confirm my appointment & give my insurance information? Unbelievable.
Giving this 1 star review only for the front desk staff. The doctors are great but this office really needs to have more professional and kinder front desk staff, one lady in particular. Today I had an appointment at 10:15am but pushed it to 12:15pm due to my Labcorp appointment being delayed. I come to my appointment at 12:15 and the lady told me it’s for 1:15pm instead. She told me “you can go get lunch or something”. Whatever, I continue on my day and wait for the appointment for 1:15pm. Doctor Myers is excellent but working tru the front office staff for appointments and questions is a nightmare. I just spend 40 minutes on the phone and still don't have a appointment then I spoke to a nurse who was rude and very unprofessional. At present I am looking for a new practice.
