I highly recommend this practice!!!! The concierges are so incredibly welcoming and make a very good first impression upon entering, Nurse Erin is phenomenal and very helpful, she exhibits exceptional white glove customer service, she is friendly and compassionate. The office is very accommodating with appointments and they have a wonderful user friendly system that allows me to access my portal with ease. I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Nicholas Kalman’s for years and could not be more happy with him! I absolutely love the staff and medical professionals at this office. Everyone is always friendly and happy- it is such an authentic vibe. The front desk warriors all smile and make you feel welcome. The nurses are always very caring and thorough. They laugh at my jokes. I saw Dr Khaliffa once and he was great. But. I usually see CRNP Stacey Yantis and I think she is the cats’ meow. She has put up with my nonsense for years. She has been empathetic, understanding, supportive, and pays attention to what I say and addresses all of my concerns. I’ve been really let down by the medical community as of late, and Dr. Kalman was my last ditch effort on getting better from an awful virus. Not only was the wait time short and easy, but when I got back to the exam room he provided me with information and answers as well as reassurance and kindness. Such an awesome doc who clearly cares about his patients! Thank you Dr. Kalman.
