I have the opportunity to encounter many contractors in my business and have used many plumbers over the years. Personal Plumbing & Drain are marked as "preferred" in my contact list and my most recent plumbing needs reminded why that is so. I had to leave a message but received a call back within a little over an hour (my limit for return calls from contractors). Roland came out, determined how to address the problem and did so efficiently. This plumbing issue was rather "dirty," and he cleaned the area so thoroughly that I felt confident I did not need to "clean again."
