Can't say enough about these folks. This was my first interaction with Gans (certainly won't be my last)! They answered all of my questions regarding our new water heater, explaining why one would work better for our home than what we originally wanted (tankless gas). Everything from our initial estimate (Brian was great), to scheduling, to the technicians who did the install (thank you Colin!) was professional and I felt completely safe. Thanks Gans.
