“From start to finish, our experience with Stanley Steemer was exceptional! I called their 24/7 service line last night after realizing I had accidentally booked a residential cleaning instead of an industrial/commercial service, and their team quickly and kindly made the necessary adjustments.

Mason arrived this morning and was incredibly helpful and professional. After assessing our office, he recognized that the job required a two-person team and arranged for Sofia and Brian to come out shortly afterward. They did an absolutely incredible job!!

Our carpets and floors had significant plant grease and grime, and the difference is amazing. Everything looks a million times better and our employees are going to be so happy when they see the difference Monday morning. As a small business, we are so grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, the value of their services, and hard work. We will absolutely be using Stanley Steemer again and again!!!“

Though I wasn't exactly thrilled about needing a new water heating unit, it was time. Jermaine was honest, focused on the task, kept us up-to-date, and completed the installation without issue. He also made us aware of previous installations that were botched from a service we used before Roto-Rooter. The price for new unit and installation was extremely reasonable as we were quoted an insanely high price from the last hvac service (without asking) that had came to service our central air unit. We will definitely look to Roto-Rooter for future needs! Thank you!!“

“We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible.
