“Edgar and Keyla and their team did a deep cleaning after I had some repairs done to my home and they were fantastic! They were kind, responsive, communicative, and very professional. My house looks wonderful, feels so fresh and clean, and doesn’t smell like cleaning products. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I would definitely hire them again or use them for regular cleaning of my home. They finished quickly, did a very thorough job, and Edgar was kind enough to offer to make an extra stop back in case anything wasn’t satisfactory when I got home from work (there was no need, the place looked great!). It was obvious they took care with my belongings and I was totally comfortable letting them work in my house without my being there. They were reasonably priced and finished a two floor deep clean in about 6 hours (2 bed, 2 bath, and living/dining/kitchen). Great crew and can’t recommend them enough!!“

“I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.

The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.

And friendly, helpful customer service and great specials.

Seth and Greg make marvels in remodeling; they know how to fix the imperfections and how to adapt new items to old houses (here in Pittsburgh, these old houses are the rule). “OCD LLC did an incredible job cleaning my 1 bedroom apartment after 3 years of, shall we say, lackluster efforts on my part. My cleaners (crew of 2) prioritized the bathroom and kitchen as requested and were able to cover the entire apartment in the time quoted. “We recently had our living room furniture, rug and drapery cleaned by COIT. We dealt with 3 individuals thru this process (Steve, Archie and Eric). These individuals were extremely professional and highly competent in the work performed. Archie and Eric explained the various cleaning processes and were very knowledgeable as to which would be the most beneficial based on the fabrics being cleaned. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Although the furniture had not been professionally cleaned in many years, they were able to bring it back to life in a way we thought impossible. Steve was exceptionally knowledgeable relative to our living room sheer catastrophe. Unfortunately, our aged sheers could not be repaired. However, Steve made it easy for us to have them replaced at a reasonable cost. Thank you COIT staff. Anxiously awaiting those new sheers….“
