I called their 24/7 service line last night after realizing I had accidentally booked a residential cleaning instead of an industrial/commercial service, and their team quickly and kindly made the necessary adjustments.<br><br>Mason arrived this morning and was incredibly helpful and professional. After assessing our office, he recognized that the job required a two-person team and arranged for Sofia and Brian to come out shortly afterward. They did an absolutely incredible job!!<br><br>Our carpets and floors had significant plant grease and grime, and the difference is amazing. Everything looks a million times better and our employees are going to be so happy when they see the difference Monday morning. As a small business, we are so grateful for their responsiveness, professionalism, the value of their services, and hard work. We will absolutely be using Stanley Steemer again and again!!!”

“I don’t often write reviews, but want to give a shout out to Michael H who has cleaned my carpet the last two times. I always liked Roth for routine cleaning over the years, but recently challenging since my little dog had some urine accidents. The previous person gave it a valiant try, but Michael got the stains and odor out last year and I was so excited to he was still there this year.<br><br>The other amazing thing is that last year Michael even got out some dried paint from a living room paint job. The carpet is so old that I just let it go figuring I would replace it when I move. He made it look almost new, and certainly not as embarrassing as it was. Plus, he’s a good guy with a good attitude.<br><br>And friendly, helpful customer service and great specials.<br><br>I hope Roth company appreciates Michael as much as me and that he stays around a long time!”
