“This company is wonderful! One of our dogs has been sick and we’re still waiting for test results to come back with one of the possible diagnoses being a fungal infection. I was worried that our home was possibly somehow contributing even though we don’t really see much of an issue. We had Absolute Restoration out for mold/mildew/fungus testing for a few suspicious spots and for peace of mind while we wait to see our dogs test results. Tammy was so friendly and helpful setting up the appointment and helping me understand the process. Dan came out to do the testing and he was so patient with all of my questions and ramblings about what could be wrong. He was so kind, really took his time, and made sure I understood everything. When the results came in, Tammy called to let me know she emailed them over, but Dan would be calling to walk me through the report and go over everything. Dan called about 2 hours later and went over everything. Our situation was/is thankfully pretty minimal, and Dan recognized that the amount of work we need was far less than what they charge for their minimum cleanup fee. Instead of just selling me on their minimal services, he walked me through how to clean it ourselves. Every step of the way they were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond any reasonable expectation. While we did not wind up needing their restoration services, they did a very good job at putting my heart at ease with our home in this regard. Very happy with our service and 100% recommend.“
