With a rainfall water glass inset it lets in excellent lighting all day long and offers privacy at the same time. The installer, Joe, was very professional and did an excellent job. “We recently had our kitchen cabinets refinished. Legacy came to our house, went over our options, and made some recommendations. Once we decided on what we wanted and signed the contract they gave us an installation date. Their customer service kept us updated throughout the process. This was our second experience with Legacy. Fifteen years ago they installed new windows in our house. It was the same great service that made us use them for our kitchen. “We had a wonderful experience working with Marvista on a three-bathroom renovation in our 100-year-old Squirrel Hill home. This was a huge undertaking and the biggest project we have done in our home to date. All three bathrooms were in various states of disrepair and required gutting down to the studs. We were nervous going in, but from start to finish, the entire team was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive, and we truly felt taken care of throughout the process.

Our project manager, Verica, deserves special recognition. She did an outstanding job guiding us through what could have been a stressful renovation. She kept us informed, calm, and on schedule every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and it always felt like she was one step ahead, making sure nothing fell through the cracks.

The craftsmanship was equally impressive. The carpenters and tile team did beautiful work with great attention to detail, and the quality really shows in the finished spaces. Our designer, Lindsay, was also fantastic. She oversaw the design of our project and worked closely with us to help narrow down our ideas, and she thoughtfully incorporated our inspiration photos, and translated everything into a design that feels both cohesive and very personal. The final result is a set of bathrooms that are unique, true to the character of our home, and truly “us.”

“Rick is AMAZING!!! He knocked out our giant (uphill) backyard in two days with his crew. Our backyard went from being a black-tarped wasteland with a handful of struggling bushes to a beautiful, no hassle, plant paradise. He thoughtfully selected deer resistant plants as well as minimal to no maintenance plants and placed them so they look good now as well as as they mature and also used our existing bushes, moving them as necessary.

He also took care of our small front yard and side yards, and laid fresh mulch down on all of it.

We have been trying to get this project completed for the past three years, each year we would have multiple landscapers come out to give us quotes, only to never hear from them again. To add to everything, this was actually affordable, especially in comparison to other quotes.

His crew was professional and respectful, not only of our property but also our neighbors'.

“I had this company repair a major sag in my garage roof which was caused by missing structural elements.

First of all, they were the only company I found capable of taking it on- several other contractors balked at the job.

Second of all, they were impressively thorough in preparing their quote. The problem was clear but they wanted a structural engineer to sign off on the planned solution. I had to engage the engineer myself but they had a suggestion for who to use.

The job wasn't cheap but they did an awesome job- I'm thrilled with the new stability and rigidity of my garage.

Scheduling was difficult, work took over a year to begin after putting in my deposit, but the labor market is tight and they were largely responsive, usually even proactive in letting me know timelines were slipping on other jobs and when they hoped to be able to get to mine.
