7:30AM - 1:30PM
317 E Lancaster Ave, Wayne“All the ladies there are very friendly and make me feel welcome every time. It's a convenient location. I'm loving the hot yoga! Kaitlyn is great! She is good at cueing each pose and takes into consideration that everyone is on a different level by instructing ways to go deeper into a pose, or the use of props for others.
The only thing that is giving a 4 star instead of 5 is how small the studio is. It should be bigger with the amount of people that they fit in there, making it hard to fully stretch at times without touching the people around you.“

157 Persimmon Dr, Collegeville“I so appreciate Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, C-IAYT and her yoga trainings, resources and mentorship programs. They're trauma-informed and social-justice-informed (not always the case in yoga communities) so I feel more capable of teaching yoga to different communities in a sensitive manner to supports healing. Jennifer is also a kind and compassionate human. I'll never forget her encouragement to teach in a way that's more authentic to me.“
9AM - 8:30PM
45 Berkley Rd 1st floor, Devon“We have been in regular private family yoga with Denise at Balanced for Life since the pandemic started. Denise's training in physical therapy and yoga (and her experiences as a Mom) makes it a treat every week to meet together, now in the studio. Our practice is fun and targeted on body parts that need work. Denise has come to know us well and keeps us moving and working in a caring way. It is one of our family blessings that Denise is in our lives and continues to support us.“

3547 Rhoads Ave, Newtown Square“Dr. Kelli is wonderful. Anyone who is reluctant (as I was) to see a chiropractor, you won't regret it once you leave their office. She listened and was receptive to my concerns. I was having side pain that my other doctors could not identify even with X-rays and CT scans. My son was working with Dr.Kelli and I deciding to see if she could offer any suggestions. After one session I started to feel a difference. After about 4 sessions I moved to a maintenance plan and I couldn't be happier.“
