I went here last night for the meditative yoga class. Used to do yoga but it's been a while so was a little nervous. This class was perfect and the instructor was great at making sure the class was meditative and relaxing. Definitely want to go again.
I absolutely love this studio. Especially the owner, Vicki. She genuinely cares about her customers and the community and makes everyone feel appreciated and welcomed. Everyone is so friendly and positive. Great environment to be in. Decently priced and there are always extra events that you can sign up for. Love YogaOne!
I really enjoy the laid-back atmosphere at YogaOne. It's not about how you look, it's how they make you feel. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. They have tons of props available and the environment is very calming. I hope to be here for many years to come.
