This studio has a peaceful and calming vibe. The instructors are very welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend trying different classes because each instructor offers their own twist. I've enjoyed all that I've tried so far but if you're someone looking for a specific flow I'm sure you'll find something that works for you!

I'm always a little nervous before any yoga class but I'm consistently happy I show up to Megan's class. It's a gently spiritual experience in the way of self-exploration and thoughtfulness. The music slaps and its the perfect mix of hard and fun.

I've been going to the Phoenixville studio for about 6 months now, consistently about once a week and regret not joining this community sooner! The people (both instructors and fellow class attendees) are so lovely. The instructors/teachers are knowledgeable and have really great ways to cue each move for everyone to understand. Our Monday night Yoga class has become such a welcomed tradition that we look forward to- a great way to keep our bodies moving and learn new things. I highly recommend this studio!
