Ocean Earth Wind Fire has been my lifeline for most of my adult life. Every year, I get to come out of my ‘wintering’ and meet up with Susan to jump start my practice. And every spring I’m reminded that healing is not only possible but it’s necessary.
I first met Susan 13 years ago when OEWF was in downtown Phoenixville. She is STILL my fave yoga teacher EVER and embodies yoga every way. Though OEWF has moved and I have too since my Phoenixville days, my husband still gifts me attendance to her classes and workshops 40 minutes from our home bc he knows how much I truly enjoy Susan and my soul recharges around her . Highly recommended.
Susan is an absolute master at her bodywork. Her studio is a peaceful respite with beautiful views, but the magic is in her intuitive touch; I felt that my session with her catapulted my healing forward, and there was extremely clear evidence later that day that she released an amazing amount of blockage for me. I highly, highly recommend her services. I walked out of there a changed woman!!
