What an encouraging group! Positive atmosphere, great people, don't wait, if there are classes you want to try. I leave feeling connected, energized, encouraged, and full of gratitude. Absolutely ready to take on the day!

I was visiting PHL and came to a yoga class at Aim High with my friend. Jen is A GREAT instructor. So friendly and warm, high energy, and a great flow. I regularly go to a hot yoga studio where I live and consider myself to be proficient but Jen had me SWEATING. Loved the music selection and the reading/meditation she did got me right in the heart.

Aim High is my place for wellness! There's so much Boxing, Barre, Spin, yoga, acupuncture & massage. Also there's the front pantry, helps feed our community. There's opportunities to volunteer. Must go!
