I've connected with such lovely humans at Zia. The owner and instructor Kristin offers quality instruction with an emphasis on mindfulness, acceptance and support. Kristin, Jenn Rose and the community have helped me so much with my prenatal journey. Strongly recommend this studio to anyone that's looking for a yoga practice outside of just the physical- connection within and with other like minded individuals.

I’ve been a member for the last 6 months and I’m so happy I found Zia. Still new to yoga, the studio and staff are so welcoming, genuinely helpful and kind. I felt at home right away. Activate + Flow at 5:30 in the evening is my favorite class, but I have loved all that I’ve tried and leave feeling grounded and lighter after every class. The thought and effort put into sharing the space and providing a community feel is unmatched. Thank you to everyone on the team for everything you do.

Kristin began with a breathing ball exercise, allowing each child to take a turn leading a breath. It beautifully centered the group and set the tone for the practice. The class flowed into songs and warm-up stretches,...read full review
