Balanced for Life Yoga Therapy
“We have been in regular private family yoga with Denise at Balanced for Life since the pandemic started. Denise's training in physical therapy and yoga (and her experiences as a Mom) makes it a treat every week to meet together, now in the studio. Our practice is fun and targeted on body parts that need work. Denise has come to know us well and keeps us moving and working in a caring way. It is one of our family blessings that Denise is in our lives and continues to support us.”
