I actually want to give minus five star review for this facility. This facility has only the urinalyis test and they dont have cbc or any other tests that would help diagnose. After doing some basic tests like heart rate , blood pressure etc (which you can do from the comfort of your home), they will ask you to go to paoli ER for further diagnosis. This is the protocol they follow for everyone.

They take the urgent out of urgent care. We were there on Friday and were told that the wait would be long since there were three people ahead of us. I thought it shouldn't take that long to see three people so I made the mistake of checking in. We waited and waited. After about 90 minutes we checked with the receptionist and she explained that they don't actually have a doctor for the urgent care. There is one doctor who sees his regular patients and fits the urgent care patients in when he gets a chance. We left without being seen and went to another location where we only waited 10 minutes to see a doctor.

If there is a zero star option that is what this place deserves a zero.One of the worst urgent cares you can ever be at. This is the second time we went there thinking we are regular patients of this office and they have our records. The worst reception and even worst wait time.The doctor on call on both visits was pretty pathetic and really did not offer much treatment.
