The experience in urgent care and with the staff was pleasant. However, when I returned the call for the test result I was in an endless loop of voice prompts. It just kept asking me to press 3 for test results over and over with no resolution or ability to leave a message. You should review your IVR.
Satisfied with my visit at this facility. I was taken into a treatment room within 10 minutes. Dr. gave me a good evaluation of the problem and what I needed to do. This is the second time I have used this urgent care and would recommend it.

Pleasant but I tested positive for Covid which was a surprise. Was feeling sick with Covid symptoms just my usual sinus headache. I tested the following day with an at home test and it was negative. Was seen in the emergency department at Paoli the next day and tested negative again. This is the second time my family received a false positive test result at the urgent care. Last year my son tested positive for Mano only to be tested at the doctor a few days later and he was negative.
