“Had a good experience using Ventec. From the initial quote I was impressed by Mike. I had at least 10 quotes for different systems, so I got to know a bunch of contractors. Mike listened and to me and didn’t dismiss what I wanted. I was looking for a hybrid heat pump and gas furnace system that would qualify for the 30% federal tax credit. Most of the contractors I saw weren’t interested in helping to find a system that would qualify and Mike did. The price was competitive and Mike was able to answer all of my questions, which were a lot. The crews that came out did a good job. There were some initial hiccups but Ventec came out 2 more times to ensure that I was happy and that the whole system functioned properly and looked professional. 3 separate crews came out and all were good installers. They all stated that they enjoyed working for the company, this also is a great sign of a good company. Happy employees usually do a better job in my experience. These guys dealt with bad weather and other challenges relating to also having new siding installed. I’ve already recommended them to neighbors also looking for HVAC equipment and plan to use them for future needs.“

“5-Star Air was an ease to work with and I highly recommend their services. After helping me deal with a problematic warranty company, they got right to work and fixed the pipes for our leaking main shower. Dan came in the next day, replaced the pipes, made clean cuts to our drywall and cement for access access that require zero to little follow up work, cleaned up after himself and showed me all the work he did in a very quick 3 hours. Thank you so much for all of your help throughout this process.“

Barb in the office was nice and listened to my issue and got me with Paul the service manager who took his time and expertise to explain some things over the phone. He sent Mike and Steve over to check it out. They were professional, knowledgeable, explained my issue and gave the furnace a good cleaning and my issue is resolved. The price was right and I felt comfortable with these guys in my home.My old furnace and air conditioner will soon be needing replaced and Beam will be the company I call. “This is one of the best places I've worked with for helping me with issues in the house. The person who I talked to on the phone and who came to my house was very professional, respectful, kind, and very helpful. He came very quickly on a Saturday when my heater stopped working. He showed me the problem with the heater and taught me a lot about how to fix the issue and even showed me where to buy the parts myself so I could save money. He answered all of my questions as well, very patiently. I wish I caught his name, but he was so practical and efficient I completely forgot to ask again. He even told me I could call him anytime if I wanted to do a video call to help me install the new valve on my own or if I needed him to come by again once I got the part. His instructions were really simple and easy to follow that I was able to easily swap out the old valve and connect the new one and get the heater back online. The cost for coming in on the weekend was also very reasonable compared to other places. I hope to use this place for my future repair needs in plumbing as well, as they seem to offer servicing for both plumbing and heating. Very happy with their services and would highly recommend to anyone.“

“Had the pleasure of doing business with this company a couple weeks back. Turned my furnace on for the first time of the year when we started having a couple cold nights only to find out it was broken. Heard some concerning noises. Gave this company a call and without hesitation they came out and fixed my unit for me. I got lucky they did as the problem was a cracked heat exchanger and was leaking gasses into my house. It was a newer unit and I didn't have the money to replace it. They were able to fix my problem with good quality work without emptying my wallet. It was an over all great experience with them. Very well priced for the work and very pleasant to talk to while being extremely informative. I know who I am calling in the future if I run into any other issues! 10/10 Highly Recommend!“

“When the Drano don't work anymore, Call Proudfoot They were great called about a shower that would not drain anymore. 1'st off they were able to come the next day. 2'nd they did a few tests and found that it was more than just that 1 drain, so they needed to get a pump to work on the main line. Only took about 20 min to get it all set up and maybe an hour and a 1/2 to get it all finished and cleaned up. Hell I probably spent more on the Drano I poured in the drain over time than what they charged for the job. I will be sure to call them again.“
