“Owner came out on a Saturday to give me a quote. Installation was Tuesday of the following week. They stayed all day to make sure everything was just right. Very professional team and polite. I will definitely call them again if I need any maintenance on my HVAC systems. My furnace was installed by someone else, but they still said that they would service it if need be. Made my life so much more comfortable in this unbearable heat and humidity. If there were more than five stars I would give them all the stars.”
Ventec Refrigeration Heating & Cooling
“Super professional, we got a new whole house ductless mitsubishi hyperheat system installed (one 2-zone, one 3-zone condenser and 5 9k btu heads). Fair price, quick 3 day install, quick response to all of our questions. Mike was a great first impression, very professional with getting us quotes in a timely manner and answering technical questions, Nicole and Lindie in the office were super helpful with setting up install and invoicing since we were financing about 50% and had to close on a loan, and Austin, Bob, and their team did an excellent job with install. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and we're very happy with our new system.”
