I had the pleasure of working with Kieth and his team during the past few months, and may I say I wish I found these guys way before I purchased my home! I had three furnaces and water heaters probably from 1980(?), which I thought I would be okay with (HA!). The gas company came to turn on services but hesitated due to the sheer age of the furnaces. I ended up paying some company to assess the viability of the furnaces (they said I was better off buying new ones).
