I had Quentin come out because my furnace was down and called him on a weekend. Him and his team got out to me right away and helped diagnose the issue which was not my furnace at all. Very thankful for the responsiveness and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Over the Xmas holidays our old furnace quit. A May Heating rep came on Tuesday and determined that it was unrepairable and prepared 4 quotes for replacement. On getting our choice that night, they drove to the DC on Wednesday to pick up the new furnace rather than wait for its delivery. By Thursday afternoon the new unit was up and running. We couldn't be more happy with the furnace and with the prompt, friendly service from May.Steve Ainey

May H & A did a fantastic job for us. We lost heat during the day, and I could not address the problem until evening. Quentin spent more than an hour on the phone trying to solve the issue.Quentin and Brian came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, and were back to repair the issue. Both were respectful and professional. They respected my home, and addressed all of my concerns.Unexpectedly, an additional wiring issue arose, and again it was addressed perfectly.In addition to the outstanding service we received, our bill was fair.
