Had the pleasure of doing business with this company a couple weeks back. Turned my furnace on for the first time of the year when we started having a couple cold nights only to find out it was broken. Heard some concerning noises. Gave this company a call and without hesitation they came out and fixed my unit for me. I got lucky they did as the problem was a cracked heat exchanger and was leaking gasses into my house. It was a newer unit and I didn't have the money to replace it. They were able to fix my problem with good quality work without emptying my wallet. It was an over all great experience with them. Was given a quote and promised no finance charges for 12 months. When the finance company they deal with would not comply to what I was told. Art decided to take on being the finance company himself. Cudos for not breaking a promise. Did the work of replacing my furnace and air conditioner in 2 days. Was very professional and efficient. Cannot say how kind and well informed he kept me. Went above and beyond in every aspect of friendly service. The whole team was awesome. Thank you so much from the Fletcher family. I've called the guys at A. R. T. twice now - both times for semi-emergencies. The owner has been so fast to respond and is a really nice guy.
