Erie did amazing work, they were fast and efficient, courteous, and the end results are spectacular. I plan on having the garage done next. It was hot, so my husband and I got them ice creams which they enjoyed. They also totally cleaned up after their work. I would definitely have them do more work and I highly recommend them. The agents Skylar Buckley and Adam Weaver were also great representatives of Erie, courteous and helpful.
We scheduled our new roof for a Monday. The the crew was at the house at 7am, they were at work by 7:15a. They started draping tarps from the top of the house to the ground to protect the house and vegetation. They worked all day and were all cleaned up by 3:30p. I now have a great new roof. Quality product, great work crew!
The only issue was the dumpster was left in my driveway for 1 week without any response from the company till the following Monday.
Not a big deal just frustrating.
I am beyond pleased, satisfied or delighted. The Erie crew arrived , met the dog and got to work. It turned out that much more of the plywood underlayment needed to be replaced than originally estimated. Ryan managed the need, got the plywood and they replaced all pieces that had been accumulating water damage. No extra charge. Next, they determined that the size of my chimney warranted a cricket to divert thewater, not simply new flashing. I expected a small diversion made of flashing. They built and shingled an entire small roof between the chimney and the main roof. It is attractive and does the job superbly. No extra charge.
