“We've used Scanlon Plumbing several times over the years - from our hot water heater, our kitchen, two bathrooms, and other miscellaneous plumbing issues. Each time the work was done well, the price was right, and we were happy. Not many small, local plumbing companies left - but this is one that's lasted many years and for good reason.”
“Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough inspection of our AC system and reported on his diagnosis.
He made recommendations.”
“GEN3’s automated service picked up on Sunday evening and scheduled a next day appointment when our water heater quit working. Rob P, like his colleagues Jerry and Gordon during initial electrical work on Friday, was thorough and careful determining the cause of the water heater problem. After eliminating breaker or circuit problems, he worked on the water heater, which is in a tight space. From this, he determined that the water heater had failed. He scheduled a water heater replacement within 2 days, even involving moving stacked washer and dryer in a tight closet space in an Olde City condo. Our experiences with GEN3 are very good.”
