“AC went down. Called Walsh had a friend that used to work for them. I tried to use Claude to diagnose the problem but I never got into HVAC. After looking at the easy stuff tripped breakers blown fuse. I couldn’t see the problem. Technician came out and took care of the problem. It was way above my skill set but an easy fix for the Tech. He was also very professional and explained the issue, the new part has a warranty. Very satisfied with the experience. “The pilot light wouldn't stay lit on our heater and Koolair was the company that HomeService sent to investigate. I thought I might have to wait a few days for an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in for a next day appt. even though I called on a holiday. Our technician was Toli. He called the day before to confirm and when he was on his way.
