While investigating the system, we discovered that the entire shower pan in the Master bathroom was shot. Mike and his team got right to work and managed to tear down the old bathroom and to install all new piping as well as the new shower pan. This was followed up with a brand new tile floor with new fixtures. Results are spectacular and the timing was quick and neat. He tried to trouble shoot it with me first over the phone and eventually just came out 30 min later. Fixed the issue (which I could have never figured it out) and we will do some final work so it doesn’t happen again. Absolutely recommend ?“

“The pilot light wouldn't stay lit on our heater and Koolair was the company that HomeService sent to investigate. I thought I might have to wait a few days for an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in for a next day appt. even though I called on a holiday. Our technician was Toli. He called the day before to confirm and when he was on his way. I was worried that it would be a big, expensive repair but whatever Toli did, got us back in business with our heat restored in under an hour. Fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly service.
