Gary came out the same day and was honest from the start that the price might be a little higher, but he took time to inspect the system, explain the condition of the heat pump, and go over the best option for my home without pushing a larger unit than I needed. What stood out most was the clear explanation of equipment quality, warranty coverage, energy efficiency, and what to expect from the installation. They were also able to schedule my new heating system installation just two days later, which was much faster than the long wait times I was quoted elsewhere. In PA, having reliable heat matters during the cold season, so that quick turnaround was a big help. The new heat pump runs very quietly, and the install team arrived right on time and completed the work neatly and professionally. Gary also checked in during the job to make sure everything was going smoothly. The whole process, from estimate to installation, was handled well, and the finished work looked clean and properly done. Overall, it was a very pleasant heater service experience, and I am very happy with the results.”
