“Andy came on time, did the job the right way for the long term (rather than what would have got him finished sooner but made future work on the valve harder), took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, and left the site clean. I've worked with any number of plumbers over the last 40 years, and Andy stands out. Plus, he charged a sincerely honest rate, less than half of what another firm had bid on the same job. It's tempting to try and keep Andy a secret and not post this review, but he was so straight with me that I'd be ashamed to not play it straight with him. Would highly recommend his services.“

“Matt came to inspect my plumbing and was the best! He was able to come earlier than my slot but called ahead of time to make sure it worked for me, he was thorough, efficient, and explained what he was doing and seeing (I learned in the process!), and he gave me a recommendation for someone to come fix some water damage I have that I’ve been meaning to get looked at (the underlying plumbing problem was already addressed). Before he left he actually called his contact with me so I was able to schedule an appointment for an appraisal for water damage! So convenient. This appointment could not have gone better!“

“Bill is awesome! I may or may not of broken the valve to my radiator when I was trying to bleed my ancient radiators. Water was leaking and after two days the 2nd floor of the home was no longer heating. I called East Falls Plumbing & Heating on a Friday or Saturday and Bill came over on Monday. He was able to save my radiator and now my home heats nice and evenly.“

“I called affordable heating and air conditioning service talk the owner Sam great guy. Sam took time out of his day to speak to me. Talk for over a hour trying to help me with my problems. You can learn a lot from him now I have a better i understanding of what I need to do and pointed me in the right direction. Sam is what you call a one man band there is nothing he doesn’t know but if he doesn’t be a sure he will figure it out . Who out in that business would follow up to see how you made out. “Our hot water heater stopped working and and I called Feehan Plumbing. They had a cancellation and a tech was available to come to our house within an hour. He trouble shot the heater and got it fired up again. The HWH tripped off again later that afternoon, after business hours. The answering service forwarded my message and I got a call back from Tommy Feehan. He explained that the HWH should be replaced as it was 13 years old. He emailed me a professional estimate with a reasonable price and a credit for the first service call. He scheduled the job for the first stop the next morning. The two techs did a great job and they even put down a drop cloth to keep our floors clean. Bravo Zulu. Also Feehan Plumbing replaced our main sewer line when we sold our old house 4 years ago and did a great job!“

“SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. He was frank about the age of the heater and we discussed the possibility that it needs replacement, but he was honest and fair and said he could do a repair so I can get another few years out of it. I so appreciate the honesty and expert advise! Saki is not only reliable, thorough and knowledgeable, he's a decent guy! A real gentleman! I would not trust my Heating/HVAC repair and service to anyone else.“
