“Our furnace gave out this past weekend when nighttime temps were going to be around 20°. This was concerning especially since we have a baby. I couldn't get in contact with our usual HVAC/Plumbing company, so I gave Home Allegiance a shot and I was very happy with the results. Chris was able to see us the same day and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and did a great job level setting around timing and cost. He was also kind in offering to let us borrow some space heaters, knowing that we had a young child in the house. He was able to get us the parts we needed and fixed our furnace quickly, especially given that it was a holiday weekend. Overall, we were happy with the work done and will be returning customers. “Our heater quit working suddenly. We called Perfect Air and Hector came very quickly. he identified the problem right away. Since it was our misuse, Hector didn’t charge us anything and said they didn’t do anything to fix the A/C. They also provided us a check list to make sure we check the issues ourselves first to avoid issues like that in the future. “We have used Steele Mechanical for several services, all ending with the same results. A quick call back when leaving a message for emergency service when heater was failing on holiday weekend. Scott was able to diagnose and correct boiler and get heat working within the hour of his arrival. Scheduled maintenance for air condenser, arrival was prompt service was affordable. “I called Vintair and a couple on Angi referred companies to clean the heating ducts in my house. Vintair gave me the best price, substantially. They came very quickly and they really worked. They were at my house from 9 to 2, no breaks. The system is working so much better that even my “cold room” is comfortable. They were friendly, polite and cleaned up better than I could. They also secured an intake vent that I couldn’t attach properly. Very good work. Highly recommended.“

“My hot water tank broke on me overnight so I immediately called Aumenta Plumbing the following morning after going through reviews of local plumbers. They were able to make a visit a little over an hour after my call and after taking a look at my system, Carmine was able to confirm that it did need to be replaced and they had a replacement tank on hand so it could be done that day. He was back an hour later with all the supplies and did a careful and thorough job draining the old broken heater, switching it out with the new one, and getting all the pipes and vents in place. He was also able to help me look into a toilet flush issue that I also had and resolved it quickly as well. Pricing was reasonable especially given the turnaround and quality of work, and I'm grateful to have hot water back less than a day after the tank broke!Very much recommend giving them a call to service any of your plumbing needs.Services: Toilet repair“

“I can’t say enough good things about Tom and Precision Air to do them justice. I have been using Precision Air for almost 2 years now to service my HVAC Systems in my home and my rental properties. This week, the furnace in my rental stopped working, the blower motor had stopped working. It had been replaced by Precision Air less than 2 years ago because my previous tenants rarely if ever changed the the air filter . I totally expected to have to pay again for a new blower motor. I was speechless when Tom covered it under warranty! That’s the very definition of integrity in my book, doing the right thing when you don’t have to.On another occasion, Christmas week of 2022 we were preparing to host our families Christmas Eve dinner and the furnace in my home stopped working on 12/22. Tom came out and sent a helper to North Jersey to get the part’s needed and installed them the day before Christmas Eve! By coincidence, while he was finishing up the repair at my home. I got a call from one of my tenants ( located literally around the corner) saying that their furnace was working intermittently. It was now after 5 pm the night before Christmas Eve and Tom went over with me and quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through what I needed to do to fix the problem. Who does that!? Tom at Precision Air does!“
