“My mother had a gas line that was leaking outside. They came Friday evening to verify & shut off the line. They supplied electric heaters for the apartment that was affected. They were back on Monday AM to complete the work. Did an excellent job replacing the bad line outside and also installed a shut-off valve inside. Very pleased with the work and the workmanship that was done. Will use in the future!“

“I needed to install a high velocity system in my older home. Their sales person was very knowledgeable about the systems and provided me realistic feedback to set expectations.

As this was an older home he set the expectations that there could be changes as we discovered things and modified in the course of the installation. He was VERY up-front with everything.

Because I was doing construction the installation needed to be in phases over several months. Their scheduling folks and crews were very flexible and accommodating. They installed duct-work when I had lath/plaster removed for construction and left it unterminated until they could return to complete the install a few months later.

They scheduled the SAME CREW back, who were familiar with the duct work and particulars of my install, to complete the installation.

Throughout the install they worked back and forth with me and the manufacturer (Unico) to optimize the system for function space use in this older home. The Sales person made several trips here to assess, check and double-check all details during the process.

They completed the final installation in record time. The system came on and functioned flawlessly. The installation is a combination of high velocity, doing the lower two floors, and an unobtrusive mini-split for the third floor.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them because they were thorough, professional and delivered great results.“

We were removing vanities and toilets from bathrooms to install new floors and had 3 different water pipes break at different times within a 3-week period and flood several rooms of our home. Gerard responded immediately to each call. One call was on a Saturday afternoon, and we are so glad we called Gerard.
Eric Gerard answered our emergency call on a Saturday and told us what to do to stop the leak, explained what caused the leak, and talked us through how we could try to patch the pipe.
The pipe was so old and so damaged we were unable to patch it.
Eric immediately dispatched a plumber to repair the broken pipe on a Saturday so we could turn the main water back on to the house.
The entire staff at Gerard provided excellent customer service.
