I had a great experience working with PNP. Our home warranty company connected us to PNP (Mike), who was able to get someone (Steve) over to our place within a few hours. Steve did a great job diagnosing that my furnace wasn't going to work and ordered a new one. PNP got it approved and ordered within a few hours and we had guys over next morning with a new system. Installers did a great job and we did not go too long without heat (one day; in Feb).
I will say there is out of pocket that you have to pay, even with the warranty but it's significantly less than paying for all of it. I highly recommend PNP.
Mike and his team were great. American Home Shield sent them to look at my ancient boiler which wasn't putting out any heat. Unfortunately, the control board and gas valve were shot. Parts to repair it wouldn't have been worth the investment. Within a few days they got us setup with a new boiler. I thought throughout the whole process they were very honest and fair. They showed up to work promptly and answered my calls when needed.
Mike and his team went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with heating and cooling issues.
My furnace unexpectedly bit the dust a few days ago. I have a home warranty and was assigned PnP as my contractors. Not only did they call MINUTES after I put the request in through my warranty company, Steve came out SAME day and rigged my furnace to keep me warm while they had to order a new one, as mine needed to be put to pasture.
The fix lasted 1 day, and I called to have it Frankenstein-ed until my new furnace was shipped in from the warranty company. Steve was there in less than an hour, and did everything he could to get it working. He could not revive it from the dead, it had seen its last cycle.
