I called and the same day Jim came out looked at my gutters and gave me an estimate. Sent me a proposal that night. I signed it and he was out a week later to do the work. They were only here for about theee hours and did a great job. I’m so glad I don’t have to get up on the ladder again to clear my gutters. There’s something to be said about using a family owned business versus a franchise, his estimate was about 1/3 of what I got from some of the franchise owners.
Steve & Anthony were on time and did a great job with my chimney. They explained clearly the warranty and did everything on the cleanup checklist at end of job. I would definitely recommend them and already did.

She does thorough exams and advice personalized for me. I have been gong to her (and Dr O'Connor) for 15 years. I have been carefully helped through many issues. I highly recommend the practice.

I was referred here by my dad who got his phone screen cracked a year ago. Remember he really enjoyed his experience.
My son was introduced to East west Karate through his Daycare and we signed up soon after. The Whole team at Lansdale is phenomenal with each child they come across and make them feel incredibly special and proud of each accomplishment they achieve. I personally signed up for the Adult class and have enjoyed each class I have been to.
We had just bought our home and moved 2 years ago. The existing shingles were 17 yrs old and knew we would need them replaced in the very near future. Early this year I experienced our first leak. Called Penn Pro for an estimate as they had just replaced a roof in the neighborhood weeks prior and that homeowner was very pleased with the work done. I called Alex, and he was here for an estimate in a few days. He was very thorough, knew I had a leak and was prompt with getting me scheduled. He was very easy to work with and compassionately helped me in making my decisions, as now I was a widow making my first big decision since my husband passed just 4 months ago. Alex and crew arrived bright and early today and did an exceptionally great job. They were prompt, professional and did an expert job giving me a new roof. One day too!! All done, I met Greg on completion on the work and he went over the job to make sure it was completed to their standards. And clean up was great. To start I would never recommend this company to anyone. TLDR: This company doesn't do what they say they will and will cause you more problems than they are worth. If you know anything more than them, they get mad and will not do anything to ever make it right. It took them 2 weeks to install may a/c unit. Not like 2 of waiting for the appointment I mean they took 2 weeks start to finish to install it. They were very minimal in the communication and basically was told that because they had other people on the schedule, they would have to fit me in where they could in order to finish the install. For this trouble they gave me an extra year of free servicing (2 visits a year 1 in the spring and 1 in the fall). 3 months later my crawlspace guys come out to inspected my crawlspace and find water in it because the installers who put in the unit that’s in the crawlspace unhooked my crawl space dehumidifier and hooked up their condensation pump without notifying me. Luckly my crawlspace guy was able to take care of the water and hook back up the dehumidifier pump. I had to call millers to come out and fix the now disconnected pump for the ac unit which took them a couple days to do. When they did come out the technician was able to hook it up to run off the AC's power but was unable to explain why this happened in the first place. after that this year around the 1-year mark I had a servicing inspection appointment, I was notified only a couple of days before my appointment that I was taken off the schedule and had to call to reschedule a new appointment. Never mind the fact that I had already scheduled a work around for my job to be there for this appointment and now on short notice figure it out. the explanation I got was that they had a lot of installs and replacements due to because of the heat wave and that I was a lower priority. Final after the year and half mark of the upstairs unit being installed (I have to units because of the house age, and it was either to run vents separate from the up and down stairs than off one unit.) I came upstairs to go to bed and found water on my floor and water coming from the ceiling. I quickly take care of the water on the floor and go into the attic to find the condensation drainpipe from the unit's pump leaking. It was press fit on in an unconditioned space. I stopped the ac unit to prevent further damage and call millers. It was after hours so I was unable to get ahold of someone until the morning which despite the AI robot answering machine they have and is difficult to use was expected. I called that next day and was able to get a technician to come out to the house but instead of coming between 12pm and 4pm like I was told he didn't arrive until almost 6pm and during that time frame I had to call for updates twice because of the lack of communication. I had asked during the appointment call if they would be covering the repairs for any water damage that occurred and was told the technician would know. After the technician arrived and saw the issue, he fixed the pipes so they wouldn't leak. I asked him about the water damage and if it was covered and he said he didn't know. I was told a supervisor would and was given the name of one to ask for. He also said he would leave a note in his report to have one call me about the damage since I had questions (No one called me which at this point I was not surprised since they don’t seem to look at their own notes). I call the next day and it took 2 hours before I call from the supervisor I was told contact. I was told he would call the main office and hoped to get me an answer by the end of the day or first thing Monday morning (it was Friday afternoon at this point). No call Monday morning so I had to call them and was told that the supervisor I call was unavailable due to a family emergency and that they would have someone contact me soon. Tuesday morning and still no call so I had to call them again (seeing a theme here) and was told someone would call me today. they did in the late afternoon and was told

I had Lea and Amanda do my and my bridesmaids hair for my May 2024 wedding and couldn't recommend them enough!! My hair was so beautiful and romantic and importantly - stayed put all the way until the after party!! I am a self- described "claw clip or low bun" girl, I don't know how to do my hair. I knew an idea of what I wanted, and Lea brought it totally to life, paying attention to every single angle to make sure it looked good in all directions, open to any feedback I had to make sure I was completely in love with it. I was desperate for a a Covid-safe haircut after nearly a year without one. With excellent cleaning protocol, masks and just two stylists in a fairly large salon, I felt very safe there. So being a blue-collar worker and how hot it’s been this week I desperately needed a beard trim my beard was very long for 100 degrees when you work out under the sun all day I called day of to see if there was any openings at the Doylestown location with Anita who always does an amazing job , which is the usual barber I go to but unfortunately she did not have any openings around the time I needed. But thankfully Skye one of the other barbers had a 5 o’clock and was able to fit me in thankfully. From start to finish I knew I was in good hands from the start not only did she make sure she wasn’t putting too much pressure on my neck when she was cutting the lower line of my beard. She also made sure to tell me when to cover my drink so I wouldn’t get any hair in it Not only was she a very personable person and kept the conversation going the whole time so it wasn’t awkward. She also made sure I was happy with the way everything looked and And make sure we were on the same page as far as how I wanted it styled before she started. She did an awesome job with my beard and it looks great. I’ve been going to Modern Male for the past two years. I started going to the Doylestown location about a year ago just because of the proximity to my house, and I can say without a shadow of the doubt, all the barbers in the Doylestown location do a terrific job and I would recommend modern male Doylestown barbers to anyone of my friends. They’re all super great barbers and people who really care which you can tell by the atmosphere they create. Anita, Skye, and Miles make it feel not only very relaxing but also like it’s a family shop.

I got my first cut with Louis (Burk) at the shop today. I greatly appreciate his friendly vibe, professionalism and cleanliness. The shop's staff and overall quality was fantastic. The cut was about 45 minutes which was not too long at all for a cut. I recently moved into the area and was looking for a new barber. I have found him. I highly recommend going to Plus Barbershop. 10/10.

I see Nina every three weeks and she does a beautiful job on my nails. I’m always excited to get me nails done there.
I ended up here on a Sunday due to my usual spot being closed and it being the only day I had a free hour to get my nails done. I was able to get taken right away for a gel manicure and the tech did a phenomenal job. She not only took the time to shape and freshen my nails, she also was friendly and asked about me and my life. They also give you a nice little 2 minute chair massage while your nails are drying and it was a pleasant surprise!
The only con is the prices are a little bit more than other salons around here ($38 for a gel mani), however for the friendliness and Sunday availability, I do not mind!
Posh nails has been my go to nail salon for several years and there is a reason. not only is the staff wonder but the service they provide every time is fantastic. highly recommend this nail salon if you are in the Lansdale area.

I got my first spray tan EVER with Isabella last week. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job with my tan. I just got my first tattoo ever! Rob was professional clean and I really enjoyed my experience. he talked with me knowing I was nervous. His design was spot on for what I wanted but also was willing to work with me to get it there. he is very knowledgeable on the history and every aspect of tattooing. I am looking forward to getting another tattoo and will definitely go back to Rob.

Kitchen sink was blocked up and Zoom (bought out by Stellar Brands which is info potential customers should be aware of) said that much of the new kitchen would have to be dismantled and every company I contacted re that said the quartz countertop would likely not survive, nor would the floor. The house is on a slab and it looked to be an ex-pensive and very destructive process since no one, not even a professional pipe finding outfit, could tell where the pipe went.
On the advice of Chatgpt, I hired a project manager and he came up with a plan to reroute the pipe and enlisted Ab-bey to do the work. Part of the kitchen did need to be dis-assembled but in a relatively minor way. Abbey laid new pipe under the cabinets, jackhammered the concrete floor from the corner of the kitchen, along the dining room wall and connected it to the powder room pipe, then recement-ed the area.
The reason no one could find the pipe is because it is Or-angeburg, not iron. Orangeburg was produced during WWII when there was an iron shortage and it is basically made up of whatever was lying around at the time and any war years – 1948 – house like mine is likely to have used that so be advised, it is not good.
The Abbey team was fantastic, especially Colin, a smart, creative and calming.
The whole thing took about three days and cost around $6k.
Alec did a fine job for me. He fixed what I wanted done went over things what could be done wrote it all down gave me a cost of the work. He was very professional.

It was a great experience working with Bob and his staff Dave and Kelly. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about carpet, timely response and a pleasure to do business.I had several area rugs cleaned in the past by professional carpet companies that came to the house and steamed cleaned the rugs but the rugs never seemed clean; the rugs stayed damp for hours, seemed stiff with lingering dirt and stains were still obvious.Bob and his team removed the rugs, cleaned them at their factory and returned them a couple weeks later. What a difference!! The dirt, pet stains and odors are gone. They also steam cleaned the carpet on 2 staircases which came up brighter than what was done by others in the past.I would highly recommend this company and thank them for great service.

The great thing about his team is they can cater to the average residential person looking to do a renovation or a seasoned real estate investor looking to complete larger projects. Over the last year they have completed 3 apartment unit renos and even completed a smaller job at my house. A&Z General Contractor will be my preferred company to do business with moving forward!!
Meridian did our kitchen remodel and the entire team is fantastic. Our project was on time and on budget, which was critical for us. Communication was great and they handled any issue or change that came up without question or push back. I never had to argue, be the team was accountable and solution oriented. I’ve heard enough contractor horror stories, and Meridian is the dream. The work and exceeded my expectations. Have already recommended them to several people and will absolutely have them run our next project.
We have used Customer Craft to design and remodel our Master Bathroom. They did an excellent job overall. We especially appreciate the work of Jason, and his attention to detail and master craftsmanship. We also appreciate the hard work of Kevin, Clarke, Nate, Matt and Grace.
We had Jason and his team renovate the kitchen in our 1860 home.
Going in we knew there would be some unforeseen issues specific to the sheer age of our home and that the kitchen hadn’t been touched since roughly around 1920. Each issue we came across Jason explained our choices clearly. He tackled each issue and made sure he was onsite every day to oversee the reno or at the least get his guys set up with direction for the day & everything was still completed within the initial timeframe he had set.
He helped me make quite a few choices on design and practicality during the process, it was very appreciated as a full kitchen reno can be quite stressful. He also custom made our gorgeous pantries to match the kitchen cabinets we had chosen. We totally felt comfortable having Jason and his team, Liam and Brennan in our home during the process & we couldn’t be happier with our kitchen!!

Just wanted to thank Amy and this business for telling me the pest I noticed was not harmful, it was due to moisture and how to mitgate it without them needing to come out. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to help rather than simply booking a visit that wasn't necessary. If I do have a pest I need help with, this is where I will 100%.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! I have absolutely horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. So bad that I have avoided even normal cleanings for the last 17ish years. I finally got bad enough tooth pain that I had no choice but to get it looked at/fixed. I explained my situation to Dr. Pelberg and she actually listened, with compassion!! That has never been my experience with any doctors in my adult life. It is usually in and out with as little talking to the actual doctor as possible.
During my treatment She took numerous pauses to make sure I was doing ok, and to explain what she was doing. While I was still anxious, it made me feel a bit more at ease knowing what was going on.
I actually made follow up appointments to get my other teeth worked on, and then a cleaning, and I am not going to cancel them. I seriously can't give enough praises or accurately describe how grateful I am to have found this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Varma since I moved to the area in 2016. He is a wonderful dentist. Professional. Kind. Honest. He has answered every question I've had and I have never walked out of there feeling like he was trying to get work done to make money. I am so confident in his work and opinion. The hygienist is friendly and helpful, and the doctor's assistant is kind as well. The front desk staff is great with every question I've ever needed and thankfully, I've never had a billing issue. I always recommend this office to anyone asking for a dentist!

I have been to many different dentists. But, Kessler Dental outshines them all. They truly care about their patients. I never had any other dentist take blood pressure and present a comfort menu. I am always cold, so I thoroughly enjoy the blanket and the cute comfortable pillow. I feel like I am relaxing at home. I no longer have dental anxiety!
In addition, care plans are thoroughly explained and the front staff is beyond friendly. It is a pleasure to be greeted by them.

Dr. Perry does a great job at taking an in depth look at your body with an assessment and X-rays before he does any work on you. He is always, on time, patient and listens to any issues you are having that day.

I’ve had massages from all the therapists here, and they’re all amazing, but Crystal is my personal favorite. I really appreciate the effort and perfect pressure they provide.
At just $50 for an hour, it’s unbeatable quality. Make sure to tip $20 for their excellent work; they truly deserve it. Don’t waste their time if you can’t tip appropriately.
This is a no frills place, but it's the best massage I've ever had. She was recommended to me when I was having a lot of tension in my upper body, between my shoulders and in my neck. It had gotten so bad my arms and fingers were starting to tingle. She knew exactly what I was dealing with, and he really helped alleviate the tension. I go to him often now whenever I feel it coming back. This isn't a place to get super pampered and spend all day hanging out in a robe drinking wine and tea, if you're looking for that go elsewhere. But if you're looking for specific help with muscle tension, tightness and pain and for an expert massage, I recommend this place and Amit hands down. They're also very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. Also, I think an hour for is very reasonable, especially considering I actually feel like it made a difference for my muscle tension vs other massages that are nice and relaxing but don't actually help with my issues. I will definitely be coming back

It was a pleasure going to North Penn Physical Therapy to help recover from my Knee replacement surgery. The Therapists and staff are the most professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed chatting with them at every visit. I look forward to seeing them again next year for my other Knee!
