The team at Schneider's did a wonderful and success repair on salvaging to good as new an antique spigot with fresh valves. The knowledge and honesty were a fair and friendly price met with exceptional customer support!!

I called on a Friday and they came out the following Tuesday. The office manager and Bill Schneider and his apprentice were all polite. They were on time and accommodating and conveyed pricing in advance.The on/off knob to an outside faucet was leaking even when the inside knob that turned the water on and off was turned all the way to the right. This would normally be an easy fix but the knob could not be removed (70 year old house) so a segment of copper pipe needed to be replaced along with a new valve. They installed a lever and the new pipe. Took about half an hour - $135 minimum plus $40 for the parts.I will use them again.

Technician Paul from Schneider's Plumbing & Heating was confronted with a challenging problem of accessing my clogged A/C drain pipe located behind a 50 gallon immovable hot water heater. The initial option was to temporarily drain the hot water heater and then move it in order to "snake out the slop sink." Such an option would require four to six hours of time (& money). Paul was able to take a different approach to access the clogged A/C drain. By using a different tool (rattler), Paul saved several work hours and a substantial amount of money for me.
