I had a pretty rough start when it comes to getting inked up but Scott Kelley is the reason I don't mind wearing short sleeves again. Besides the fact that he's a blast to have around, His ability to salvage my less than optimal first tattoos impressed my whole social circle and his flexibility can't be beat, he will work with you from scheduling the appointment to the art itself, we even flipped a coin to settle on the price. Very reasonable, very talented, VERY recommended. R&M is the way to go.
