After 5 estimates from other roofing companies Alex with Penn Pro came by to provide us an estimate. After a thorough walkthrough of the roof, he was the only person that noticed evidence of hail damage on the roof. He walked us through the process with the insurance company and came by with the insurance company to show his findings. After final agreement from my insurance company Penn Pro set us up with the install. The team did a fantastic job! They were on time, extremely professional, and left our house and yard clean afterwards.Penn Pro went above and beyond for us, and made such a large home improvement project stress free. Called Alex and he and his team came right out after a heavy rain. Within minutes he was up on my very high roof diagnosing and fixing my issue. Did incredible work and was super cool to talk with.
