The doctor was compassionate and listened to my concerns. He did not try to do unnecessary testing on my dog. I felt like he was knowledgeable and just really took the time to listen . Would return in a heartbeat for sure for all future visits even tho they are a bit of a drive . Good care is hard to come by these days . Thank you NPAH!

NPAH is a wonderful place to take your animals. We have trusted them with our three dogs and many cats over the decades we have been clients. They have performed surgeries on both our dogs and cats, see them for wellness visits and promptly answer any questions and concerns that arise in between those visits. Recently, we had an issue with our dog during the holiday season and NPAH returned my phone call promptly and was able to accommodate us with an appointment to see our dog. All of their employees have always been knowledgeable, caring and friendly from the Veterinarians to the people at the front desk. Our dog Jasmine was recently diagnosed with lymphoma and developed pancreatitis and gastroenteritis so she had to be admitted to North Penn Hospital due to dehydration and not eating for a week. I cannot express how pleased we were with North Penn. The staff is extremely professional and very caring. We normally see Dr Rossi but had the privilege of dealing with Dr Seelaus, She spent a lot of time with us and explained everything they needed to do for Jasmine in great detail. We did not feel rushed and knew our little girl would be in good hands. The staff sent us pictures of Jasmine with updates on how she was doing.
