We completed a Kitchen / First Floor remodel in March 2026. I chose to wait a few months before submitting my review, in order to leave sufficient time to evaluate any post-construction issues.
We began our renovation project in the first half of 2025, with a methodical interview process of 6 to 7 local design/build firms. Most of the design/build firms take the same approach with potential customers. What set Mike F and Custom Craft apart was his desire to 'keep the conversation going' after the initial introduction and scope discussion. We'd put off a kitchen renovation for several years, dreading the process, but working with Custom Craft made the entire project so easy from start to finish that we wish we'd started sooner! Scott B. was our planning/estimator, and he was able to assess our space, listen to our goals, provide valuable insight, and work everything into a manageable budget. Next, we worked with Julie N., who took a few inspiration photos and turned them into the kitchen of our dreams. She reimagined our dated kitchen and layout and gave us a new space that is both beautiful and highly functional. We recently completed an extensive kitchen renovation by Custom Craft and we are absolutely thrilled with the results. We selected Custom Craft for our project because we needed a design- build firm and they were highly recommended by our neighbors who had extensive kitchen renovations done. While there was a mishap on the first day of the project, the Custom Craft team took responsibility and immediate corrective action. This speaks to their professionalism and commitment to customer service.
