Nick brought our carpets back from the dead. We feared that we would need to replace them, but the cleaning added years of life. We were especially impressed with how good the stairs came out.

I was pleased with the guys they sent they were polite and were very professional and I think they did a fine job for me I would reccomend sparkles to clean out ducts for anyone who needs it done and their prices are reasonable.

Rather than replace an older yet well-made carpet, we decided to get it cleaned. My in-laws raved about A1 Sparkles, so we made an appointment. Our technician Nick called before he was on his way, and he was so pleasant and professional. It took THREE attempts, but he did an excellent job removing the dark stains from dirty shoes, grease, spilled drinks, etc. We appreciate his care in cleaning up as well. Many thanks to Nick for taking the extra time to do a fantastic job!
