The outdoor unit had a lot of grass and dirt built up inside, and he showed me how to clean it properly. He also recharged the system with refrigerant and added leak detector so we could track down the problem if it came back.<br><br>This spring, when I realized the AC wasn’t cooling again, I called him back out. He found the issue with the indoor evaporator coil, clearly explained what was wrong, and showed me the work as he replaced it. I really appreciated that he didn’t just do the job and leave, he actually took the time to explain the system and what he was doing.<br><br>The AC is now working great.
