CLIMAC Corporation of Warminster,Pa., a Trane dealer. They professioally installed A high efficiency heat pump (Energy Star rated) ,as we were without heat for more than a week when our Goodman units died.MIKE Beans advised,sold us only what we needed. He pointed out prior hvac problems and followed his tech.work till final install day. It snowed alot and on last install day,Climac tech Shawn arrived promptly at 8;00 AM working steadily with a partner till heat restored and we were totally pleased! With a day's notice, Climac Corporation not only fit us in for service, but specifically rearranged their schedule to arrive with plenty of time to complete their visit before my work meeting (which, by the way, they did without me even asking simply because I mentioned that I would need to take that call if they were still there at the time). Curtis with Climac Corporation arrived, diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit, applied an instant (though temporary) fix, and confirmed there were no additional issues within 2.5 hours. Tom was great, very knowledgeable, didn't automatically try and sell me the most expensive systems. He actually did the opposite and told me why it wasn't worth it to me to go that route.On day of installation his crew was very professional, got all the work done in one day( full replacement of 2 heating and ac systems) left everything clean when they left.The office also handled everything well.
