“My husband and I highly recommend Lions Heating and Air Conditioning without reservation. Tristan, the owner, came out to review our old HVAC unit setup, listened to our budget concerns, and provided three cost level estimates for a high-quality replacement split unit. Dan knowledgably answered any questions when I called the office. John and Chris, the gentlemen who came to remove our old unit and install the new one a week after the estimates were given to us, were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of our property, including putting on boot covers on their shoes each and every time they came into the house to walk on an area of our floor that they hadn’t covered with tarps. They worked quietly and efficiently, and although the job took several hours, it was done thoroughly and with the utmost care. Anywhere they worked was cleaned up so you couldn’t even tell they were there except for the new equipment they had just installed. Our unit is running perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with the whole process. Our initial contact with Lions was when Tristan came out three years ago to give a cooling boost to our aging unit. We were so impressed with him that we had no hesitation in calling again when it came time to replace the unit.Original review in 2021:When the first heat wave of the season hit, we discovered that our 11-year old HVAC unit wasn't throwing any cold air. “I cannot say enough to highlight American Chimney. Thank you so much for fitting me in at the last minute. My chimney was struck by lightning and it was so bad that the gas lines broke. My family was in a hotel for two months. I saw my neighbors lawn sign when I drove by for American Chimney, but I already had two company estimates. The timeframe to get me out of a hotel to my home was 3 to 5 weeks. I called American chimney and they insured me that they can get me scheduled in a few days. Contacted Angel Heating and they made the process run smoothly by responding to my request quickly and all I had to do was take a pic of my furnace. They recommended upgrading to the ac and furnace special for an amazing special that they were running. They arrived at my house first thing Monday and installed the system adequately and professionally. I would definitely recommend them for this type of work.“

“They are across the street from me and for some reason I never used them. They took me on the same day and within 2 hours I had heat. I used another company for a long time but they were "big business, with big prices" I know S&H is a very successful form with multiple trucks but they were very personable and fixed my furnace in no time. I'm a single mom and know nothing about furnaces and they could have totally taken advantage of me like other companies have But they didn't and I knew the minute the service tech arrived that I was not going to be taking advantage of and that is priceless. “We have always had great service from Infinite. Two weeks ago on a Friday night, we realized the refrigeration system on our wine cellar had stopped working. It was extremely hot outside and we were concerned about the wines, many of which are collector caliber wines. I sent an email Saturday, not expecting to hear anything until Monday, and figured that no one would be able to service it until later that week. Received a call from Matt (one of the owners) on Saturday, and he sent John (a great tech whom we have had before) first thing Monday. In the end, we ended up opting to replace the unit. It was ordered and installed within 14 days. Matt and all of his crew were fantastic to work with. It was a pretty big job and Infinite was spectacular. I can't say enough good things about this company. I greatly appreciated how responsive and communicative Matt was, and the entire team from Infinite that came to replace the unit was great.“

Mac provided a 2nd opinion after another well known company told me that my HVAC was a health hazard due to extremely high CO2 levels and that I needed a new unit as the heat exchanger needed to be replaced and was no longer made. M.J. Mac sent a technician within a couple of hours. The heat exchanger is still made and further more it is a part still under warranty. The high CO2 levels were disputed and measured within the acceptable limits. Would definitely recommend this honest and professional company.“
