We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. “1/25/26 - after Sunday snow storm, we woke up with no heat. My husband called several companies at 8am Sunday morning and no one answered. When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes! We talked over options and settled on a small upgrade to my existing water heater. He arrived within an hour, came prepared with the replacement hot water heater, and swapped it out no issues.
