Kniese's Plumbing
“It started as a simple faucet leak. But when you deal with plumbing it can get tricky real fast. I was Captain Ahab and the leak had become my Moby Dick. Hours turned into days. I couldn’t stop the leak and realized it was inside the wall under the enclosed ceiling of my finished basement. After goofing around in an attempt to fix from outside I decided to cut through the inside sheetrock. Problem was there as also a small inside leak. The entire faucet assembly needed replacement. I knew that was more than I wanted to mess with so I went to Kniese plumbing in Doylestown. Those guys always treated me well but could not send someone out for a week to other service calls. Doug Kniese suggested I put a cutoff valve in. I never did one. Doug took the time to explain how-to do it. He also supplied the parts and a ton of encouragement. I was apprehensive but did not want to live with that leak any longer. It had become an albatross around my neck. I did the job just as instructed. The valve is in and best of all no leaks! I recommend these guys wholeheartedly and have been using them for years.”
