“All of the people at the front desk are really nice! Everyone is very respectful! All of the Masters teach all the classes really well! I highly recommend coming to DG and signing up!“
“I’m a new client to Optimal Massage and my experience over the last few months has been excellent. I came to Optimal because of a chronic knee condition that was causing me quite a bit of pain. My massage therapist, Eugenia Binder, came highly recommended by someone I respect. Eugenia has done amazing work on my problematic knee (specifically) and my overall body (in general). She’s used cupping treatment, combined with massage, to improve blood flow and reduce inflammation. The change has been remarkable. I’m also impressed by Eugenia’s approach. She’s friendly and down to earth. She asks a number of questions to pinpoint my problem areas and to help her determine the best gameplan. I’ve received massage treatments over many years and can honestly say that Eugenia is head and shoulders the very best therapist I’ve worked with. She’s helped me go from considerable pain to feeling almost 100% in just a few months. I’m so pleased and thankful for her help.“
“I started going to One Spark Fitness in early January as I had signed up for the 6-week challenge. The minute I walked into the Fitness Studio, I felt welcome. Jolie and Rae have created a welcoming, inclusive environment to help you become your best self. All of the staff are knowledgeable and take the time to ensure that you are using proper form and getting the most benefit from your workout. The classes are varied and fun while also being challenging. I have become a member and in 6 short weeks already feel so much better. I can see the changes with my body, but more importantly in how I feel.“
“Was only planning on first month trial but I got hooked and love it. Unlimited membership with a great variety of classes for body and mind. It’s nice to find something new you really enjoy at 55.“
“Great yoga instructors with a variety of classes, fun and strengthening, easy and flowing, or soothing and restorative.“
“We have been in regular private family yoga with Denise at Balanced for Life since the pandemic started. Denise's training in physical therapy and yoga (and her experiences as a Mom) makes it a treat every week to meet together, now in the studio. Our practice is fun and targeted on body parts that need work. Denise has come to know us well and keeps us moving and working in a caring way. It is one of our family blessings that Denise is in our lives and continues to support us.“
“I love everything about In Harmony Wellspring Yoga. I’ve attended many classes and every class is amazing I just want to take this opportunity to give a very positive review for Lexa’s Yin Yoga class. This class in the PERFECT way to unwind after a long day. I find the gentle flow of the poses very helpful to me as I open to the places in my body, assisting in both physical and emotional release and healing. Lexa’s presence and care to every pose will help you go deeper in a very gentle way. I honestly left this class feeling like I just got a massage.“
“I first met Susan 13 years ago when OEWF was in downtown Phoenixville. She is STILL my fave yoga teacher EVER and embodies yoga every way. Though OEWF has moved and I have too since my Phoenixville days, my husband still gifts me attendance to her classes and workshops 40 minutes from our home bc he knows how much I truly enjoy Susan and my soul recharges around her . Highly recommended.“
“This is a great place for all faiths and cultures to converge , pray, meditate and networkTemple is very active in community and keeps hosting multiple events throughout the year“
“I just finished my first week unlimited trial at Blue Butterfly and would give this studio a 10/10 if i could. All the teachers are amazing as well as the classes. I had never done Bikram before and am now addicted. My back and neck pain was fully gone by the second day of practicing and my body just feels so strong and healthy. One teacher told me the hot yoga practice is really good for inflammation and detoxification and I definitely feel that. Additionally, everyone who practices there is really nice and supportive to new people.“
“Love Club Pilates Exton! Friendly and encouraging staff who pay attention to detail so you know you are doing the exercises appropriately. The instructors make the classes fun and at the same time I know I’m always getting a good workout and come out feeling just a little bit taller!“
“Great for all levels, setting a high standard for what a yoga studio should feel like. I drive a significant distance out of my way to come here. Welcoming, inclusive, and genuine. Wide variety of kind & experienced teachers. No ego here; everyone will feel comfortable. The facility is top notch; clean, bright, private changing areas, showers, and the best heat you’ll find in the area. The heat is evenly distributed; no need to find “the good spot” like other studios. Generous trial rate and fair/accessible pricing options.I only wish they had 75 min flows in the evening and/or early enough in the morning to attend before work (8:00 & 9:30am classes are too late for a work day).“
“Donna is fabulous! I never knew I liked Pilates until I met Donna. She is kind, caring compassionate. She is able to adapt to whatever your physical limitations are and she does it with a smile. My girlfriends and I started taking class with her this past summer and. It has become part of our weekly routine. We hate to miss it. Donna has become a friend who we cherish.“
“I've been going here for years and still love it! Beautiful, relaxing studio and the instructor makes it great no matter what level you are practicing.“
“So lucky today to attend class at Sweet Pose Yoga with Judy. I was visiting the area from the Boston, Ma. area and found the class on Google and was so happy to be able to attend a Svaroopa(r) Yoga class in the area. Judy was wonderfully attentive and gave great demo's and instructions. I was so relaxed and refreshed after class!“
“We visited Sugars Bridge Farm two days before Christmas - do not let cold weather scare you away! Sugars Bridge Farm is magical, no matter the time of year - there is always something interesting going on. The farm is immaculate and completely charming. I have never seen chickens like these, much less held them! The alpacas were so cool - having them nibble from your hand connects you directly with these soft, gentle and shy South American camelids. Sharlene has a well stocked shop for browsing afterward, and it was fun to take a piece of our visit home with us. Although focused on the educational aspect of the alpaca business, the visit was really about connecting to a vision of farm that remains on many people's wish lists. The animals are incredibly well cared for and happy. All of my kids left saying that they wanted to have a farm just like hers someday. I should add that we are super covid-paranoid and I was nervous about visiting. Sharlene made sure that every appropriate precaution was taken at every step and we felt at ease in our masks, socially distanced in the open air. There is also warm running water in the barn for hand washing. The alpaca tour is suitable for any age - grab some friends and/or family and go check it out!“
“Attentive, informed, individualized attention to your practice. Beautiful studio, friendly people and interesting courses offered.“
“Was visiting from out of town and dropped in for a Vinyasa yoga class. Christa warmly welcomed me and checked me in quickly. She showed me around the studio and I was able to borrow a mat and settle in before the class started. The regulars were super friendly and I felt very welcome. The class was great and Christa offered options for every pose, to allow for different levels of experience. Will definitely attend classes here again when I visit Downingtown in the future.“
“Love this place. I am always challenged and feel so good after every practice. So glad they opened up again“
“Clean and welcoming studio, nice staff, good locatio. Meghan Jackson is The Best instructor!!“
