I’m a new client to Optimal Massage and my experience over the last few months has been excellent. I came to Optimal because of a chronic knee condition that was causing me quite a bit of pain. My massage therapist, Eugenia Binder, came highly recommended by someone I respect. Eugenia has done amazing work on my problematic knee (specifically) and my overall body (in general). The restorative flow taught by Sandra on Monday nights is wonderful. I feel a weight lifted, and I’m ready to face the rest of the week. So glad that optimal massage has this healing movement offering!

I love Optimal's movement studio for yoga. Sandra teaches on Monday nights and creates an inviting and accessible practice for all bodies. I love the more cozy and connective environment compared to larger studios where I am one of 30 students in a sweaty class. Sandra makes you feel like you are having a private session just with her. I highly recommend trying a yoga class.
