Very friendly and helpful staff! I needed assistance booking a class for my sister’s bachelorette party and Julie and Don were both very attentive and pleasant to work with. The class was great! Highly recommend Be & Breathe.
Great for all levels, setting a high standard for what a yoga studio should feel like. I drive a significant distance out of my way to come here. Welcoming, inclusive, and genuine. Wide variety of kind & experienced teachers. No ego here; everyone will feel comfortable. The facility is top notch; clean, bright, private changing areas, showers, and the best heat you’ll find in the area. The heat is evenly distributed; no need to find “the good spot” like other studios. Generous trial rate and fair/accessible pricing options.I only wish they had 75 min flows in the evening and/or early enough in the morning to attend before work (8:00 & 9:30am classes are too late...read full review
Found this place a couple of weeks ago and I love it!!! It’s a 3 minute walk from my apartment which makes it even better. Love that almost all classes are hot. The members and teachers are really friendly and welcoming. Hope they add more 6 AM classes.
