I wanted to tell you about my experience. I called and was a bit frantic bc I needed my hair cut the way I wanted it. The girl who answered the phone was super accommodating and put me in with Rein. I walked in and saw a beautiful lady w exactly the haircut I wanted. Definitely a sign. Today was a busy rainy day for me and after my beautiful haircut and gorgeous waves I left as a new person. I don’t even like publicly posting myself but Shannon brought me back to life and boosted my confidence for all to see! You can see how bad the before picture was being a single mom of 4 littles, working full time and going to school full time I completely put myself on the back burner. I posted in a local group seeing if anybody could help fix this and I saw Shannon’s comment and God drew me to her! I went she was very informative and once we got past the formalities I found myself so at home I’m telling my whole life story and she actually listened and care. It’s more than a salon it’s a safe haven for those who need it. When we finished we both didn’t like the tone of the red and I didn’t even say anything Shannon said nope this isn’t what we want and stayed later to fix it. Jenna and Haley (sorry if I misspelled or forgot lol) are also so sweet and helpful! It’s a whole vibe, I can’t recommend these ladies enough!

My boys love Katie! We have been going to her since my oldest was 2.5 years old and he’s 9 now. He won’t let anyone else cut his hair. She is patient, understanding, and gets the hair cut by some miracle and he looks great. She lets him feel the clippers first. She makes him laugh and he’s always so happy afterwards. She’s been seeing my 6 year old since he was a baby. Her salon is always clean, adorably decorated, & they both love the quiet environment. We drive almost 30 minutes to see Katie. That’s how fabulous she is with my kids. She is able to take something they both really do not like doing and gets them laugh, smile, and come out of the experience without trauma. They always ask to go back to her, she gets them into the chair, and the lollipops are a huge perk. I’ll take them no where else. Katie rocks!

I travel a lot for work so it’s always hard to find a barber but I will say this time around it was easy! David is awesome, always gets me looking the best. The cut was excellent, beard even better, and I actually enjoyed hanging out with this guy for an hour. Solid, yet totally unforced conversion, perfect barbershop vibe. Couldn’t be more impressed.

I taking right the way… the salon was clean and Sofia and her 2 associates was really nice with me and the others customers. She explain for one of them that she was hurting herself doing her on cuticles the way she was doing and explained the right way. Their massage was so good… my nails look really nice and they treated me like they know me for years… I’m definitely coming back!
The other day I called this place to see if I could come and get a pedicure and they told me to come right over. I was greeted with lots of smiles and got a great pedicure for a great price! $23 are you kidding me! I haven’t paid less than $40 for a pedicure and they did a really good job. The people were super nice also. When I got home and got out of my car, wouldn’t you know it? I scraped the nail of my big toe and made a big dent in the nail polish! I was so mad at myself because I really didn’t stay long enough for them to dry properly. So today, I took a ride to the Rite Aid across from the shop and was just going to buy A bottle of nail polish close to the color I had and fix it myself, but they wanted $11 for stupid bottle of nail polish! No thanks! (No wonder they are all closing ?) . So I thought, let me go back over there to the shop and see if they’ll just fix it for me and sure enough they did! I just wanted to use a little bit of the nail polish to cover the Scraped off part, but they had me sitting in the chair and she redid it all over again and didn’t even charge me. This is my new place! Thank you!
I went in for walk-in pedicure on a Saturday morning and didn’t wait long. Staff were friendly. Pedicure was amazing, included a ten minute massage ending with a hot stone massage. Highly recommend.

They also have a reward card where they stamp for each visit, and after your 3rd stamp you get $5 off your next visit. Nathalie was wonderful! I had my b/l tragus pierced. Everything was clean and sterile and she explained everything she was doing from beginning to end. There was just a little pressure and it was over. I’ll be going back next week to get my flats done once my earrings come in. The price ms were reasonable and she was so friendly and helpful.
Luckily I stopped in to find out one of my first artist ( Phil ) was back in town, and working here.
He took me in right away, and did exactly what i wanted.

We had a fantastic experience with Rick Lucas Plumbing. Rick came out replaced an outside leaking spigot, repaired the shower in our kids' bathroom, and replaced two main water valves. The service was amazing. Rick showed up right on time, the pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work was outstanding. They did a roof in 2021 and replacement windows in 2023. I just can't even begin to tell you how amazing Tim Kane and his men were. They were extremely competent, and the work went quickly and looks amazing. They are my go-to for projects around the house that are beyond the scope of my expertise. You cannot go wrong dealing with this company. They are VERY busy as you can imagine, so you may need to be flexible to get on his schedule, but you will not be disappointed.

These guys were great! From Estimate to Scheduling to Execution to Clean-up... everything was done professionally and efficiently. I had two trees (and their stumps) removed from my front yard. They brought the right equipment, protected my lawn and had the trees down and chipped in no time. What really impressed me was that they spent almost as much time cleaning up as they did taking down the trees. I would definitely recommend them for your next job.

FROM KNEE AND LOW PAIN TO HEAVY SQUATS PAIN FREE!
I had been dealing with pain in my left knee for well over a year due to a weak hip and poor internal rotation, and over time it started causing severe low back pain as well. It got to the point where it was affecting not only my workouts, but also my ability to do my job comfortably.
As a small gym owner and coach, I need to be able to move well, demonstrate exercises, coach group classes, and train alongside my clients every day. On top of that, I’m also a powerlifter, so completely stopping training or dramatically pulling back on lifting just wasn’t something I wanted to do.
I was specifically looking for a PT who understood that even though I needed to get fixed I still want to continue to train — not someone who was just going to tell me to stop lifting altogether.
After my initial assessment with Dr. Jayson at Iron Physio, I immediately felt confident in the plan. He explained exactly what was going on, reassured me that I could continue powerlifting, and helped me understand that if I put in the work consistently, we could get me back to feeling strong again.
Over the next 6 weeks, we worked together twice a week through a combination of corrective exercises, mobility work, and actual strength training movements that challenged me and helped me rebuild trust in my knee again. He always listened to my feedback, adapted sessions when needed, and made every appointment feel personal and hands-on. I was never treated like just another patient or bounced around between people.
I’m now lifting, squatting, lunging, jumping, and training like an athlete again — pain free.
