I don’t even like publicly posting myself but Shannon brought me back to life and boosted my confidence for all to see! You can see how bad the before picture was being a single mom of 4 littles, working full time and going to school full time I completely put myself on the back burner. I posted in a local group seeing if anybody could help fix this and I saw Shannon’s comment and God drew me to her! I went she was very informative and once we got past the formalities I found myself so at home I’m telling my whole life story and she actually listened and care. It’s more than a salon it’s a safe haven for those who need it. When we finished we both didn’t like the tone of the red and I didn’t even say anything Shannon said nope this isn’t what we want and stayed later to fix it. Jenna and Haley (sorry if I misspelled or forgot lol) are also so sweet and helpful! It’s a whole vibe, I can’t recommend these ladies enough!
I recently visited Luxe Beauty Co and had such an amazing experience that I had to share I went in to have my extensions removed, and I was honestly a little emotional about it. I told Shannon how much the extensions made me feel beautiful because I’ve been struggling with my short hair and feeling a little self-conscious. But at the same time, they were just too much to keep up with, and I knew my hair needed a break. Shannon met me with so much understanding, honesty, and zero judgment. She really listened to me — not just about my hair, but how I felt. She reassured me, gave me helpful tips, and made me feel confident in embracing my natural hair again. You can truly tell she’s not in this business just for the money. She has a real passion for what she does and genuinely cares about her clients. With 25 years of experience, it shows in her work and in how she connects with people. And let me just say… I came in for a service and left with beautiful, healthy hair and what felt like a mini therapy session (with minimal judgment 😂). If you’re looking for someone who is talented, real, and truly cares, Shannon is your girl. I can’t recommend her enough!!!!
I had the BEST experience with Shannon today after years of not stepping foot into a salon. She made me feel so comfortable, especially dealing with alopecia and struggling to get in front of someone to do my hair, she suggested what would work best for me and she was absolutely spot on!
