After having such a profoundly amazing session and results, I had to leave a review. I must say, I was not really interested in having powder brows done. I have never been a fan of thick, dark, connelly-esque brows, and so had never even considered a brow enhancement option. Every morning that I see myself in the mirror, I remain grateful that I took that leap of faith. Firstly, Chelsea is amazing as a person and a tattoo artist. Her location is super nice, and her personal decorations are absolutely awesome.
