“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! “Back when I was doing my research and getting prices for my backyard project solution people made it an easy decision from the beginning. They sat down with me and my wife in our house and went over everything step by step from something simple as as the color of the pavers to the placements of the lights . The workers were very professional and kept us informed on a daily basis . Alberto and Natalia would stop by unannounced on a daily basis just to check and make sure everything was going smoothly. “I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining room and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them.The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.“

“I needed new carpet in a home I bought recently. So where do I look? At one of the big name home improvement stores where I dealt with four different people, and it took some time before I got a quote. I asked to make a change before signing the contract, and they never got back to me with an updated quote or new contract. I got tired of waiting.I found Carpet Dimensions on Google maps and stopped in to check them out. They had a huge selection of carpet, far greater than where I first looked. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable of the different types of carpet. Even though I had brought in measurements of my room and the stairs that I needed carpeted, the salesman insisted that someone come out and take measurements. We arranged an appointment. They gave me some samples to take home so I could select the right colors.Robert showed up at my door and took measurements. I asked him a few questions and he was able to answer them easily. He wrote up a quote, which came in significantly lower than what the big name home improvement store had given me even though the carpet I had picked out was a better quality than what I had picked out in the other store. We arranged for installation.Unlike the home improvement stores or other national carpet retailers, Carpet Dimensions has their own crew for installing carpets. They came in, removed my existing carpeting, and installed carpet on two different sets of stairs and my finished basement in just a few hours. The installers were very polite and courteous.My overall experience with Carpet Dimensions was excellent. The carpet they installed feels incredible under my feet. If I ever need carpet again, I will certainly be going back. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing new carpeting.“

“I've gone to Feasterville Floor for quotes twice now, once for my 2nd floor carpeting and once for an area rug. Both times I ended up going with another store instead. The quotes from Feasterville Floor were comparable to other stores (albeit marginally higher), so price wasn't the issue I had at all.There's nothing majorly wrong with Feasterville Floor. The big thing was just a lack of variety. In both cases, FF had fewer options than the store I ultimately went with both times (Holland Floor Coverings). I also found that FF tended to have fewer full-size sample swatches, instead opting to stock the cards with 4-8 swatches per card. Those little swatches make it really hard to visualize what a carpet or rug will look like in a room, especially if there's a pattern on the swatch. Overall, there's a LOT of overlap between stores. You will find the exact same Karastan carpet or Stanton rugs at both FF & Holland, but Holland just had a few extras (especially in carpets). That was the difference.The lighting is particularly poor in the show room. It's really hard to accurately identify colors when flipping through. To be fair, I have this same complaint with Holland Floor Coverings and other stores I've been to. I imagine someone who is color blind to any degree would not be able to differentiate between colors in-store.Both times I came to FF for quotes/swatches, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. A receptionist at a flooring store seems to be unique to FF in my experience. It's a nice touch.Both times I came in, the sales associate I was placed with seemed somewhat disinterested in making a sale. I'm not sure if this was due to how I was dressed (t-shirt & gym shorts), or if their salesmen just aren't good at sales or if FF was just understaffed or something. No matter the case, the salesman seemed pretty hands-off both times. And both times, the salesman wandered off to help other customers while in the middle of helping me without saying anything to me such as "I'll be right back". So it seemed to me like he already decided this wasn't going to be a sale for him, which was opposite the experience I had at Holland. It's unlikely that a salesman would be able to sway me from the objective comparison I was making to swatches from different stores, but you never know. I have a little sales experience myself, so I know it's never 100% about the product. Holland has gotten almost $17k in sales from me, between the two orders. So it would be wise for FF to work on sales techniques and overall customer relations.Despite the length of the last paragraph, I don't have a generally negative impression of FF. I will likely still come to FF for more quotes in the future, should I need any more carpet or other flooring. I will always place material selection at the top of the list, so the assistance of a committed and diligent salesman is just icing on the cake.“
