I first visited him for cataracts. He actually comes out to the waiting room and escorts his patients to the exam room himself. I had a very comprehensive eye exam and was so grateful that there was treatment. He referred me to a wonderful eye surgeon. I now have 20/20 vision and I give Dr Cerceo most of the credit.
